Double-Luciferase Reporter Assay Kit首先以熒光素為底物檢測螢火蟲熒光素酶報(bào)告基因的活性,之后在淬滅該熒光反應(yīng)的同時(shí),以腔腸素為底物檢測海腎熒光素酶報(bào)告基因的活性,具有檢測迅速、靈敏度高、檢測范圍廣、無細(xì)胞內(nèi)源活性干擾等特點(diǎn)。
