Actin（肌動蛋白）是細胞骨架的重要組成部分，廣泛存在于各種哺乳動物細胞中，其中β-actin蛋白表達水平相對穩(wěn)定，常被用于Western Blot的系統(tǒng)內(nèi)參?？功?Actin鼠單克隆抗體為高純度的小鼠單克隆抗體，屬IgG1同型，免疫原為人工合成的β-Actin多肽序列 ( (Ac) DDDIAALVC)。該抗體可識別人、小鼠、兔等種屬來源的β-actin蛋白。
