Trans BL21化學(xué)感受態(tài)細(xì)胞采用進(jìn)口菌株，經(jīng)特殊工藝制作，可用于DNA的化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化。細(xì)胞具有四環(huán)素(TetR)抗性。使用pUC19質(zhì)粒檢測(cè)，轉(zhuǎn)化效率可達(dá)107 cfu/μg DNA。使用Control Plasmid II (Amp+)用于檢測(cè)細(xì)胞是否具有表達(dá)功能，表達(dá)蛋白大小為26 kDa。
